Most Memorable Xmas 2008

Me with my two sisters...
My tummy (with baby yana inside :) ) plus my two brothers

my very pretty sisters again :)

My most memorable Xmas was last year’s (2008). I was pregnant with my first daughter by then and it was the only time that I saw my family again (after 6 months – that’s the longest time I’ve been away from my family since birth) after I learned that I was going to be a mom and decided to leave home.

There wasn’t much food to share, just the usual holiday servings of ham, spaghetti, and a few pastries but I was most happy... perhaps I could even say that it was the happiest Xmas ever. Why? because on top of the fact that I'm awaiting the birth of my darling daughter, that was the day I earned my family’s forgiveness and my mom’s reassuring hug :)

Updates...
Here's a vid of her 4D ultrasound before just days before xmas 2008 (the thought of her made 2008 Xmas super special!):

And now (2009), here she is... having fun with her very first Christmas

I sure hope we can have more special moments with my family... A memorable Enchanted Kingdom adventure would be just perfect! :)

This is my entry to the What’s your Christmas Story Contest by Enchanted Kingdom

I Have My OWN INFO DOMAINS :)

About 16 hours ago, I was ranting about my wish to have my own domains for my blogs. I figured that I should wait for the main domain giveaways contests which I joined before I decide to buy one...  But alas, the stubborn Ellen couldn't wait and so, I bought web hosting services from Mommy Rubz through Mom's Hosting ... and I also bought a domain name - www.mommysinfodose.info from Godaddy through her. Guess how much I had to pay? Just $13 :) (a dollar for one year of INFO domain name registration for GODaddy, and then $12 for a year of hosting from Mom's Hosting - YES, a dollar every month :D ). The other good news is that instead of having a domain just for Mommy's Infodose, I will now have an INFO domain for BLOGGITYBOOP too :) YEHEY. I won from The Domain Angel 's Quick Domain Giveaway just by being the first commenter on the contest post :D Ain't I lucky? Don't you fret though, because the angel will give away domains every month - Yes, EVERY MONT...

Mommy Moments: Mother's Day 2010

At first, I wanted to skip this week's MM because the theme was Mother's Day and I really don't have much to share about that day.  I started that day (it was actually 'night' because we were all still awake during the wee hours of the morning) with a hug, a kiss, and a greeting from hubby... The End...  Actually, I was a bit sad that day since I wasn't able to visit my Mom and give her something. I just called her up to greet her and to tell her that I love her. That's it. I also didn't receive a card or a flower from hubby **sigh** and my babies are... well, babies, so they couldn't possibly come up with a card. However, I really appreciate all the bloggers, online friends, and "offline friends" :) who extended their greetings to me. I really felt remembered with all the FB photo tagging, wall posts, and mails. Before I started making this post, I read Mommy Chris' MM entry and she noted that we should write about why this year...

Project ALL-TIME: The iPop

The All-Time Dilemma Tardiness. Delays. Lost opportunities. I'm pretty sure everybody has experienced these things just by not being at the right place at the right time. Such wouldn't happen if we can teleport. If we could just pop out anywhere we want to, then we wouldn't miss out on important events just because of congested roads and punctuality issues of public transportation. We can go wherever we want without worrying about flight reservations, car maintenance, and sky-high transportation fares. Moreover, we will no longer be bothered by the fact that... A pedestrian is injured in a traffic accident every eight minutes, An estimated 1.3 million people die on our roads each year, About 1,600 aviation accidents causing about 600 deaths happen yearly, About 10, 200 people get injured inside elevators every year, and There are 6,000 escalator injuries annually, in the U.S. alone. At a more personal level, having the ability to teleport can help Dad get to his...
