I WON! PART 4 (Winston's Giveaway)

I just received my first gift this 2010 (I was still sleeping when our store helper came knocking, telling me that I have a package brought by LBC) :) A Schutzen Notebook from BATANGYAGIT.com :) Thanks so much Winston! This notebook complements the existence of my BDJ Planner. :) The planner kasi hasn't got too much space for daily doodling so this notebook is just perfect for all the everyday lists, stories, rants, rumbles, etc :) THANK YOU!!! :) P.s. My New Year's resolution for this blog: Put frames in the pictures I post.

Steps and Milestones...

See how my baby walks... My darling daughter is sooo makulit. She just started walking (well, the official date for that is Dec 02, 09 @ 10 months but I didn't have a cam then) and she's exploring the whole house as much as she can. Whenever she sees that the door to the motor shop is open, she tries to rush off and sneak out. I find it hard to run after her as my tummy is overly large now. I just yell "No" but she just looks at me with a naughty smile and then goes on wit h her mischievous deed without heed to what I'm telling her. Annoying but adorable really :) I'm so so proud of her... not only every time she takes her awkward balancing acts but especially when she stands up each time she takes the wrong step and falls. When she first attempted to walk on her own, I did try to stop her, simply because I knew that there was a possibility that she'll get hurt. However, I also knew that if I didn't let go, then she would never learn how to walk at all...

It's TIME!

It’s 2010 and It’s Time to straighten things out. We’ve expe rienced many financial bumps last year and thankfully, we have recovered from it all. Unfortunately, we’re yet to face more financial calamities this year so I’ve come up with this four-point financial plan: It’s TIME! T RIM DOWN THE EXPENSES: Enough of my partner’s endless escapade for branded thingies and my addiction to pizza and pasta. Once the twins are born, we’ll also revert to using the washing machine instead of having our clothes sent to the laundry shop. Also, I’ll make it a point to turn off the TV the moment I get sleepy. And, as soon as we get a helper, I’ll make sure that we’ll resort to cooking at home rather than buying fast food meals. I NVEST IN BUSINESSES: We’ve opened this small motor shop last year and since I’m not much into it (My partner takes care of it), I’m thinking about having my own business apart from my full-time job - a small printing business which I can manage. I’ll put my frustration (in...

HELLO 2010!

HELLO 2010! Frankly, I didn't enjoy new year's eve much because we had to spend it here in our shop. And since my parents and brothers and sisters were not able to visit, I just missed them sooo much... My partner who's supposed to be spending new year with me and our baby was "technically" here but literally not... he was spending much of his new year's time with the fireworks and the neighbors... tsktsk... Fortunately, I have the bright smiles of my yana to brighten up my 2010. :) I just love my daughter soo much. This is her first new year and in 25 days, she'll be a year old! YEHEY! :) Here are some of my baby's kulit pictures :)

Goodbye 2009...

2009 has been such a good year for me. Though the start of the year was not that good (we had a dozen financial problems... Mine had no job and I gave birth to our baby which meant that I had to stop working for a few weeks --- no work--no pay), 2009 was quite a blast for me in general... and here are some reasons why... My Yana was born... I'm pregnant with twins... a boy (Santiago Rafael) and a girl (Elisha Velika) My hubby is sooo hardworking and he loves us so much... My family has forgiven me na... and they still love me.. and my daughter too! I have a great job and we now have this small business... Thank you Lord for all the blessings you've provided us with... Hope 2010 will even be better :) (My New Year's wish: Sana healthy ang twins)

Trip to Tagaytay

Yes, I barely can walk but still yes, I did go to Tagaytay. To tell you the truth. I really didn't enjoy much because of my condition. I was having a hard time taking my steps... and to add to that, I wasn't really all comfortable with the idea of going on a trip with the neighbors (they were close to my husband, not to me)... I am simply not that kind of person who can get along with other people I've never talked to before - not in an instant! Anyway, here are some pictures...
