This month is THE month of domain name and blog hosting giveaways... and I sure hope I get blessed with one. I haven't won anything for months now... tsktsk.. I hope my luck changes for the better soon :) haha... Anyway, I'm joining this Mommy's Merry Month of May Blog Giveaway by Mommy Rubz. She's an amazing mommy who is incredibly capable of maintaining several blogs! (I don't know how she does it!). 


The giveaway is posted on what she dubs as her "personal blog of all personal blogs" - www.mommyrubz.com. The prizes would be COM domain and web hosting for the 1st and 2nd placers, and then an INFO domain and web hosting for the 3rd placer. The three winners will also get paypal cash, entrecard credits, and ad spaces/links. All of which will be selected using Random.org.

Back to mommyrubz.com: I personally love browsing her site because it has a very nice layout. The theme gives me a cozy-homey feeling with all the blue-green and wood-like designs all over. It is also very easy to navigate since everything on the sidebars are properly divided and categorized.  You can find the recent posts, her social network links, recent visitors and some featured sites immediately.


Mommy Rubz' section on featured sites is actually a good reference on advertising and monetizing blogs. If you browse through her posts, you can also get plenty of 'blogging tips - from gaining more traffic to your blog to signing up in some money-making online programs.
